When I visited Kyiv, one of my absolute favorite things to do on the weekend was tracking down the local street fairs and food markets. The city has an incredible pop-up culture, especially during the warmer months, featuring everything from craft cheese festivals to clothing markets by local designers. To navigate them all, I relied on the Kyiv markets and fairs section of the Visit Kyiv guide, which lists active locations and seasonal events. Thanks to their tips, I spent a fantastic Saturday afternoon wandering through an open-air craft market in the Podil district, where I picked up incredible handmade ceramics and sampled local honey directly from the producers. The vibe at these fairs is so lively and authentic—I highly recommend pulling up that guide to see what's happening in the city during your exact travel dates!
