Some early shots of K2. A real easy strain to grow, and great for the indoor gardener. Also a great strain for beginners. Easy to grow, healthy, and very compact with little stretching. This one here is 20" high.
Thanks for the reply I'm using a 400wHPS, the leaves are not a problem, and I prefer to leave them on for nutrients for the buds. I know some people prefer to cut them, but the light reaches on the K2 pretty good.
Here are some bubbleberry x ak47 at 24 days of flowering.
These are from Chimera seeds, and are very vigorous, and are growing healthy so far. I have a total of 12 of them going, and one NLxShivaxMisty, which is growing at the same rate, and looks identical so far to the FB's.
Well my ever changing setup. The only thing that hasn't change too much, is the soil content.
2/4 Miraclegrow(sometimes I add regular pretreated soil to this as well.)
1/4 Earthworm castings
1/4 Vermiculite/perlite
Fertilizers:
Mexican bat guano for the vegative state.
Jamican bat guano for the first 3 weeks of flowering, it has a little nitrogen in it.
EarthjuiceBloom for the next 3 or 4 weeks, also depending on what I'm growing, if more sativa, then I stretch more on everything. Last few weeks of flowering, straight water that has been sitting for at least 24 hours. But usually it's around 48 to 72 hours.
I just sold some lights, and will be building a new room, with 2-600wHPS aircooled hoods. So everything is a little scattered around, until it will be completed. I have 2 veg areas. A pic of the first.
The above pic was 4 circline fluorescents. The next pic is 4-4foot fluorescent tubes, also used for vegging, and for some mature clones that have just rooted.
I had circline fluorescents in it, but took them out, just too much light, and replaced it with a simple 18w fluorescent 18inch tube. Also have a heat mat in case it gets too cold.
A temporarily flowering area for right now. I plan on putting 2-600wHPS aircooled, on a lightrail3. Pumping out the hot air through an old chimney that has been enclosed.
