Well, there is no legal place where you can buy weed. Growing is still illegal, but we can hope for some changes in this. But it'll take some time. Basically you can't have amount of weed which is greater than little - yes, this is very vague formulation. There are some internal police policy which says that amount of weed is not great if the weed is enough at most for twenty cigarets I guess (this is relevant for the weed which contains 1,5% THC). Thus if you have let's say 3 grams, you can relax.
Don't be afraid, people here are tollerant - the younger people. Don't smoke on public places, with strangers and so on. Take care.
