Sorry if I speak in English but I'm an Spanish guy that would like to find out about the law in Chekia for marijuana consumers.
What can the police do if they catch you smoking marijuana, is not Traffic just smoking or possesion small quantities of weed.
I'm interested because I'm planning a trip to Praga.
Just another question, is easy to buy weed in Praga.

few more advises>
- do not try to buy pot from gypsies on the street - they will mostly rip you off
- try to find some smoker-friendly bars or clubs - I am sure someone "alternative" looking help you to find some
- do not pay more than 250 CZK for 1 gram - you should be able to find some smoking buddies who will get you high for free but how I wrote above the more than that - they are charging you too much

About those LED experiments... First, almost all of the LEDs available at the market were made in Asia (P.R.C. or TW). This provides the lowest accessible retail prices. So let's simplify it out...you can get plant-growing suitable superbright red LEDs for about 15c (0.15$) a piece. The blue ones are about four to five times more expensive, but you only need one blue to 30 reds so it balances it out. Altough the efficiency of LEDs is great and growing potential as well, it's somehow discouraging due to its initial high investments. That's just because you'd need at least several hundreds of them for a succesfull growing of a single cannabis plant... Anyway I think they're a matter of very near future for now and really should not be underestimated. As your attorney I advise you to look at these URLs. (that last sentence reffers to one of my most favourite movies, guess which :))
