These are absolutely beautiful plants, and are a dream to grow. I just love the silkyness look to them. They have a nice creamy fruity smell to them. They were dusted with a WR male, so they should be producing some seeds for later adventures.
rixo
hey man, how u do it??? every time it is green paradise:-))
Nice flowers, hmm go on.....
UdL
It seems you´ve found perfect SOG strain!!! Looks great as usual... ;)
Flowerman
Thanks everyone;) It does look good for a sog strain so far, but these are from seed so it can change when I grow it out again, and take cuts. I really like how it grows, well actually they grew themselves, as I really didn't pay too much attention to them. I've been using Flora Nova Bloom for nutrients, and it works better than any other nutrients I have tried. A little more expensive, but well worth it in the end results. But am looking forward to watching these girls mature.

Here's a few shots of golden G.

A few more WR shots.

Here's my latest test of the igloo, it's filled with golden-g cuttings, so it should be interesting. Day 1.;)
UdL
I wonder something: I´ve seen many of your cool pictures and it seems you never cut leaves. Am I right? ;)
Flowerman
Just at the bottom, or if one is blocking light from another plant. But overall, I try to grow plants with small fans, but lately I've been growing out a few that have larger ones. But the white ruskaya's have small to medium fans so they're not too big of a problem.

Here's some closeups.;)

WOW, It's cool, please can you tell me about White Ruskaya's THC%?
Sorry for my english...
Sinuhet
Very healthy looking plants. Intesive green, no dry parts. You are master.
Flowerman
Thanks everyone, I have no idea what the thc is. Here's a few recent shots of them.;)

Wow - looks really great. I was looking for White Ruskaya on overgrow and cannagenetics and found nothing. :( Could you tell us something about this outstanding strain?
Flowerman
Thanks Udl, always good to see ya;)
Like what you said, there's not that much info on them, and this is my first time growing it. But it was a cross made by Nebu a year or two back. The female he used was the famous cutting sweething aka (180), it's a special pheno from the Aloha White Widow, and the dad he used was a Cherry AK-47 pheno.
It grows easily, from seed it looks to be a cola dominant plant, but looks like it would branch nicely from cuttings. I decided on not taking cuttings, and just seeding them for some extra seeds so when I get some more time, I will be able to really go thru it, and look for some special ladies if I like the first round.

While I was out, I saw this, I wish I could have had time to catch it while it was on a limb, but it was pretty far away, so it's a little out of focus. But kewl nonetheless.

Here's the breeder's report.
Nebu White Ruskaya
Parentage:
The White Ruskaya is a "White Russian" cross of AK47 & White Widow. Similar cross (same lines) as Serious Seeds-> "The big winner of the cup of all cups, the Cannabis Cup in the 1996 High Times Magazine Cannabis Cup competition. These seeds produce plants that are fantastic in both appearance, and effect. This is no surprise once you know that White Russian is a combination of the famous AK-47 and the equally well-known "White Widow" & the Brother's Grimm -> "...re-created this respected hybrid of AK-47 and White Widow. A Serious Seed Co. AK-47 female with outstanding resin production and short stature was pollinated by the father of Ice Princess. Expect dense, heavily frosted buds that cure to a pale green with orange pistils and smoke with a spicy flavour. The clear, up high of AK-47 with a relaxing body effect from the White Widow. " offerings (listed @ $60 & $125 per 10, respectively @ hempqc.com) The Mum (see pic #3 below) is my favourite White Widow; a '98 Aloha White Widow selection/cutting referred to as "Sweet Thing" (ala '180'). I realy like this particular White Widow as it yields quite well, has a very sweet bubblegum-like flavour, and is very potent.
The father is also one I've been working with from the 'Cherry' pheno AK47 - mum's of which produce colas such as the last pic attached.
Performance:
With the White Ruskaya - my goal was consistant performance with an incremental gain on the yield, bud structure/density & disease resistence from the phenomenal AK47 pheno. Also, to pass along the AK47's early preflower trait (for sex id of seedlings) while retaining the sweet flavour of both/either parent, as well as their other common strong traits (trichome production, potency, vigour, cloning, etc. ,etc.,).
Tests have shown a consistent, solid improvement on the yield of the '98 Aloha White Widow. Taste is identical to the White Widow, almost no AK47 influence can be observed. Potency is extreme - very potent! This pheno is somewhat susceptable to Powdery Mildew, like the White Widow mum, in exposed circumstances. If you have PM isues in your region this hybrid will not show great resistance, but does respond to Neem & AQ10 treatments, etc., favourably.
This is the last lot of this limited (no production planned) seed lot offering. 10 seeds/pk sent via Heaven's Stairway.
Indoor/Outdoor/GH
Flowering time: 55-60 days
Indica%/Sativa%: 50/50 (est.)
Potency & Profile: Very potent, up/powerful high

The first shot is just a shot of the igloo, I'm hoping in a week and a half, they'll all be around 12" tall, and then flowering will begin. I had to top the second one from the left, and the others will catch up with it by the end of the week. They are great side branchers, so no need to really top, plus being so close, there's really no need, but we'll see how they do. I only have one odd ball in the group, the one on the left. The other 3 are all Golden-G, and have been flowered several times, the oddball is a sister to her, very wide leaves, super short node distance, but grows just as big, but have yet to try her out, but I've been hanging on to this pheno for almost 7 or so months now, just something about her caught my eye. I know she takes after neither parent, so I'm guessing it's something that's in her prior to those two, so it should be sweet.
The rest are photos of the white ruskayas, and they are looking great. if the taste as good as they smell, I'm n for a special treat. Just a velvety creamy fruit aroma at the moment.
Flowerman
Here's a pic of golden-g in veg stage, she's about to go into flowering in a week or two. She's a little over 6' tall.
UdL
Hi FM.

Looks great as usual. ;) How many days will take total vegetation time??? Won´t it stretch much when switched to 12/12???

I usually let them vegetate for max 3 weeks, this time I tried 1 month veg time with my Cinderella 99 and after switching it seems I´ll have problems with space...

I´m looking forward to your answer... ;)

Flowerman
This pheno here will only go about 1 more foot after switching the lights over, plus it's from a cutting and that also helps keeps the stretch down. It's been going for a while, not sure of exactly how long, maybe 2 or 3 months. I actually have 3 of these big ladies;). But stretch always depends on genes, spectrum and amount of light, and I have grown this lady out a few times before, the biggest I think was a little over 6'. I'll enclose a pic of her. I actually found C99 not to be to difficult for having a sativa type high. But she can get as wide as she does tall, but she really takes to topping/training better than a single cola, and this seems to take care of the height issues, but not the width problems. I will be growing out either C99 or danny boy(C99 Hybrid) later on this year or next "06". As I want to get this lady here stable to cross out, and eventually cross her out with either a stable C99, or bring down the Dannyboy, then cross them together. But I think C99's best trait, is that it crosses out so nicely with other strains, and improves both. But this project won't even be finished till late 2006, and then it will be test time, but this is only if everything goes to plan. But I'm sure the time will fly by.
Now one sister to this one, will stretch big time, but I don't think I plan on flowering her, as she is so so compared to this pheno. The other sister pheno is also as large, I have never flowered her out before, but after watching her growth pattern, I don't think she'll stretch that much, and should end up actually shorter than the goldenG pheno. She takes on both the G13BW and Seti short genes, very tight node spacing.
But if I was growing in the aero or hydro, I only like to veg for 3 weeks at the max and no more, and flower at around 9" to 12" in height, as they stretch big time because of the faster growing method, and I would expect this one in the igloos will stretch about a good 3 feet when flowering is induced, giving me around a 4' plant.
Flowerman
some more;)

Today is the beginning of flowering for the igloo plants, and a few big ones I have. Photos here are of Golden-G.
