Hello everyone!
Time for a new report from a Mandala grower with a pre-summer outdoor harvest.
16 cuttings were taken from a Sadhu mother and vegged 2 weeks indoor.
After that they got planted into 2 gallon pots and placed on the balcony on 1. April (southern climate). Soil used was regular quality potting soil - no extras. During the duration of the grow they received two small dosages of the bloom fertilizer Ripen from General Hydroponics.
The pots were carried into a nearby storage room with a passive air vent every evening for 12 hours darkness. Plant height was very even at approx. 50cm/20".
Two months later, at the start of June, the plants were harvested to make way for the next batch of young cuttings.
Here is the line-up of photos. Hashy thanks to Jewels for permission to use them.
No.1: the yet untouched head bud of a Sadhu
No.2&3: wheeling in a part of the harvest
No.4: some of the head buds lined up in a tray
No.5: plenty of sticky fingers from trimming these buds |
